The meals at Brookwood are exceptional, at our charming and spacious boys' and girls' dining rooms. They are planned and prepared by experienced professional with special attention to the nutritional needs and likes of young people. Dietary laws are observed. Meals are served family style by our waiters and waitresses. The fully equipped kitchen prepares appertizing, wholesome well balanced meals.

Brookwood's Culinary Arts Director, fondly called "Chef Howie", returns for his 12th year. He brings a wealth of experience to our kitchen and dining room areas. During the off-season, Howie runs a food service and catering business. The father of two children, this is one family man who you will always find in the kitchen.
