Staff Requirements

Brookwood Camps encourages staff applications from people with at least one year of college experience. The minimum age for our staff members is 19 years old or a college sophomore with the average age of 22. We look for staff members who genuinely care about children and have a zest for life. Since our camp is filled with youngsters we actively seek adults who would be good role models along with possessing strong morals and leadership skills.
